Do not create plans that cannot incorporate flexibility — you’re setting yourself up to fail.
By that, I mean that it’s not very effective (or efficient) to create a plan that requires 17 things to go right (or even 3), particularly if you don’t have control over those things. Today is a perfect example of that. That is all.
